Description 20kg PORTLAND CEMENT in a waterproof Polythene Bag Mix with ballast (sand & gravel) approx one shovel of cement to 6 shovels of ballast for fence or gate posts mix with water until wet but not runny. Put a couple of shovels around base of post then add a layer of hardcore. Finally fill hole to within 50mm/75mm (2/3 inches) of surface then cover with soil.
