Unfortunately the chin rest didn’t fit my viola, but the staff were extremely helpful and sent out new feet the next day free of charge – great customer service, and a real shame I can’t keep the chin rest (the new feet also don’t fit..) Based on the customer service I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!
