Elegant Hasli Choker Necklace Set with Elephant Design

i ordered 3 products, the products came in 2 parcels. when i got the first parcel with 2 products i was so angry on customer care then told them they are fraud but they told the remaining item is coming in another parcel. the customer care was very polite and respectful. really liked the service. please attach a note to notify customers stating remaining item will come in another package. how will customer know? but i liked the quality, no doubt on that at all.
