Description Planed Softwood quality wooden fence post cap 150mm x 150mm / 6″ x 6″ suitable for a 125mm / 5 inch post. This cap is Green pressure treated to match posts but can be painted or stained. Nail cap to post. Nails not included. Timber is a natural product & when exposed to nature may shrink, swell, split & distort. Due to the large volume of water based preservative that is forced into the timber it is more likely to cause this to happen than with untreated timber especially during weather extremes. This is a natural process and will not affect its structural properties and is a small price to pay for the long life of your timber.
