I was finally able to get out on the lake to try out the new motor and wanted to let you know I was elated with the performance and ease of use, but first let me give you a little back ground. Several years ago I test drove a #### brand motor a friend of mine was wanting to sell and after a weekend of running the motor I decided it was not for me as I was constantly fighting to keep the prop in the water and just had an all-around bad experience. This left a lasting impression on me as far as mud motors were concerned, and I decided to keep repairing my outboards a while longer until my last motor finally gave up and disintegrated the lower unit. I started researching mud motors online and found the Swamp Runner website; after several forum searches and questions I could not find anyone that had purchased one of your units with anything bad to say, so I decided to give it another shot and I’m more than happy I did.
